ElevateRoses: Care & Handling
Properly processing ElevateRoses is of utmost importance. Always adhere to the care and handling guidelines outlined in this manual.
Â
ELEVATEROSES REQUIRE TIME AND CARE TO FULLY BLOOM
ElevateRoses should be harvested at a specific cutting stage to minimize damage during shipping. With adequate water, nourishment, and care, our ElevateRoses will bloom and flourish, expanding significantly from their original size
Â
ALWAYS REMOVE THE CARDBOARD SLEEVE BEFORE PLACING ELEVATEROSES IN WATER
As ElevateRoses hydrate, the bloom heads enlarge. Keeping them enclosed within the cardboard sleeve can damage the petals as the bloom heads hydrate and expand.
Step 1: Process the flowers as soon as they arrive by trimming the stems 1″ and removing any foliage that may be submerged below the water line.
Â
Step 2: Immediately after trimming the stems, place them in water with floral preservative and store them in cooler.
Â
Step 3: After two to three hours of cold hydration, remove the cardboard , but retain the outer plastic sleeve for protection.
Â
Step 4: Allow the flowers to hydrate for an additional 4 or 5 hours before use. If they are intended for event arrangements, take them out of the cool storage and let them acclimate to room temperature until they reach the desired bloom openness. Once achieved, return the flowers to the cooler until ready for use.
